I like how this class is a full hour vs most of the classes I’ve taken at other studios being only 45 minutes. Really good value for the credits & is tailored for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

While the weights were pretty light (only up to one 10kg plate), this section happened at the end of class anyway when we were all pretty gassed. The instructor was fire - so helpful with initial explanations/demos and throughout the class e.g checking resistance/rpms for the spin bikes or offering form corrections as needed. Also the facility is gorgeous and has everything you need to get ready afterwards.

It needs to be static to be able to find your bike number and see your progress to motivate yourself - otherwise you get dizzy trying to find it as it keeps moving. Finally, the one thing that would make this studio perfection is the addition of a hot brush (air styler) in the changing rooms! Thanks - I love this class - great bikes.

I feel very taken care of, with helpful corrections and adjustments being made where necessary. There's always a variety of levels in every class which is nice (beginners welcome), and you can go at your own pace (but that necessary push by a trainer is there too from Ed). Equipment is clean and abundant. Can also see that Ed has a great relationship with all the other more long-term regular people 😊
