see all reviewsI have been doing yin for a while and Anjas classes are my favorite. She explains just enough and the let silence and music fill the room when in the pose. You can truly let go also the ambient of a smaller group and for me personally that there is no sound bating involved makes it so pure in its intention and yin style. 🙏
