The class definitely challenged my abs which are my weak point. I felt the intensity. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey especially when it comes to strengthening my core. Despite being a new comer and needing to make adjustments to some of the core work, I felt welcome. I never felt embarrassed or judged. This class is challenging yet welcoming for beginners. She accommodates all levels of fitness ability. The playlist went well with the movements allowing my mind and body to focus and pulse with the music. I would do it again. I absolutely believe consistency with this class would result in a strong core and glutes. I enjoyed the burn. Thank you.

The moment I walked in the instructor, Kelly, welcomed me with a smile and a hug. I loved it. The class was small and intimate which I appreciated as a new comer. I benefited from the one on one coaching. The other class members were so kind and friendly. I never felt judged or out of place. I felt at home, safe, seen, and heard. The class itself was perfect. I got to know the reformer and how to use it. The reformer itself was new, nicely padded, and in excellent condition. I felt safe on the reformer. Kelly teaches from the heart making sure everyone is using proper form and resistance. She made sure everyone's reformers were properly set. She provided individual assistance when and where needed. The moves were taught clearly and easy to understand. I felt challenged, but not over worked. It was the perfect balance. The pace was perfect. The guidance was perfect. The studio space and equipment were perfect. Everything about Pretty Girls Pilates was perfect. I loved it so much. I left feeling confident, strong, and stretched. I didn't want to leave. I will absolutely be back.

She ensures to know your name and monitors how you are doing with each movement. It is so simple to tell that she very much knows what she is talking about.
