see all reviewsLoved this class!! I am 28 weeks pregnant and starting to hit my limit for “modifications” with regular strength training classes. I loved being able to get a good workout in without having to worry about modifying for pregnancy. Megan is an amazing instructor, she leads the class with warmth and encouragement. Can’t wait to go back!

see all reviewsReally awesome instructor and class! Not related to the teacher, who was perfect, I was shocked by the amount of people that left before and during the cool down. I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.

see all reviewsLove this class! But wish they would swap it to the upstairs yoga room. Because this class is less strength and more flow, I feel like it matches the energy of upstairs better with natural lighting instead of the LED lights in the Pilates room. Whatever class is up there instead should swap

He’s funny, upbeat, great energy, pays strict attention to form, will do hands on adjusts if needed and remembers you and your injuries! He really takes the time to get to know the students. He is such a mood booster and I always get such a good workout. The accent doesn’t hurt either 😘so grateful for him and this beautiful studio!

She reminds you to meet your body where it’s at and if something doesn’t feel good to you, leave it behind. She offers many modifications and challenges for poses so that everyone gets what they want from the class. Her guided meditation made me tear up (in a good way). She really painted a vivid mental picture that was so calming. I will no doubt be taking more classes with Jeny!

see all reviewsYoga Foundations with Robert was such a lovely introduction to the space and atmosphere. Cara gave me the perfect welcome as she checked me in, gave me a quick tour and helped me get my mat and blocks. My class was 50/50 of regulars and newer attendees. I don’t love a ton of woo woo, so it was nice to hear Robert’s approach to the principles being logical and fun. I appreciated that he would pause to clarify further and guide individuals to maximize their experience. There was no music and I could slightly hear the instructor from the large class next door, but it was definitely not over powering Robert’s voice or clear enough to make out what they said. I could hear people in the hallway after the large class let out first though so might be worth a note at the end of sessions. Overall, great experience and look forward to returning.

see all reviewsI love the class, it’s really nice, the coach was very careful and try to help with the posture to make sure they were right. It’s 90min so kinda longer than my expectations, and movements a little bit break in between rest, if adding some music I felt it’s more better. The other thing is I wish they have mat towels for rental, not just the towel, cause the towel wasn’t long enough to cover the yoga mat.

see all reviewsI actually enjoyed his class! Teacher was fun. I think he did an excellent job incorporating yoga moves with sculpting. The cardio was more of a build-up and built-in throughout the routine rather than having a single cardio block. He played 70s-80s music for the class which was refreshing to me because I’ve only been listening to edm/hip hop in the last few classes.
