Zen Pre/Postnatal Strength
see all reviewsLoved this class!! I am 28 weeks pregnant and starting to hit my limit for “modifications” with regular strength training classes. I loved being able to get a good workout in without having to worry about modifying for pregnancy. Megan is an amazing instructor, she leads the class with warmth and encouragement. Can’t wait to go back!

He’s funny, upbeat, great energy, pays strict attention to form, will do hands on adjusts if needed and remembers you and your injuries! He really takes the time to get to know the students. He is such a mood booster and I always get such a good workout. The accent doesn’t hurt either 😘so grateful for him and this beautiful studio!

see all reviewsYoga Foundations with Robert was such a lovely introduction to the space and atmosphere. Cara gave me the perfect welcome as she checked me in, gave me a quick tour and helped me get my mat and blocks. My class was 50/50 of regulars and newer attendees. I don’t love a ton of woo woo, so it was nice to hear Robert’s approach to the principles being logical and fun. I appreciated that he would pause to clarify further and guide individuals to maximize their experience. There was no music and I could slightly hear the instructor from the large class next door, but it was definitely not over powering Robert’s voice or clear enough to make out what they said. I could hear people in the hallway after the large class let out first though so might be worth a note at the end of sessions. Overall, great experience and look forward to returning.

see all reviewsWow! What a great experience. I felt incredible during and after this class with Jared. Everyone needs something like this in their routine. It was mostly stretching and joint care which I tend to overlook in my self care. The stretching and joint mobility exercises were worked out with SUCH thoroughness and precision. This instructor was definitely not winging it, he is very very skilled. He came around to do adjustments which seems more rare in classes as of late (asking permission of course) and I valued that feedback so much to get the most out of the poses and stretches. I would love to make this a regular part of my routine and plan to be back next week. The space is really great with nice natural light on a quiet street and they provide high quality mats and props. I have been to a few other classes in this spot — it’s a good one! A++

Tai Chi - Studio A
see all reviewsYantong was highly knowledgeable and very patient and kind. He adjusted the class to our experience levels and I had a blast! I think there’s a common misconception that tai chi is for older people due to its slow pace. I disagree! The movements were more challenging to hold due to the pace, and it forced me to actually be mindful about my form (as opposed to blasting through reps). Additionally, the core work and forms involved prepare you for this and other martial arts. The teacher is great and the studio was easy to find in the fitness center. Highly recommend!
