Zen Burn
see all reviewsI’ve taken this class many times with many different instructors and Rachel was among the best. Burn can feel chaotic and insurmountably difficult even for a fit person and she made it challenging while always feeling realistically paced. She always offered and encouraged modifications and breaks! Not for the faint of heart but a great sweat.

see all reviewsThe instructor was so kind and taught an overall great class! Studio is new and cute, they even have towels for hot yoga to use! I bring my own, but hadn't seen that before so thought that was nice. The class had a wonderful pace - many hot yoga classes also feel like power but this was a nice normal, yet heated, vinyassa. Thank you for taking time to explain things and bringing joy to an afternoon (:
