This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

You will come out of that class with a juicier booty and rock hard abs. I also appreciate that he looks after everyone in the class and ensures you’re doing the movements correctly and have perfect form.
