    As a beginner, I really appreciate all the form cues from Victor. Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥!     Rebekah always leads the best classes. The workouts seem to be exactly what I need every time I go! Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does!     It was a lil hard to follow the boxing at first but if you look at your neighbors, you can catch on. Insane vibe and music! The weight lifting/HIIT was easier to follow.     This is a good class, and I like how she goes around to help beginners. The one thing that is a serious safety hazard is that a lot of new people do their boxers sit-ups far outside of their circle, and they run the risk of getting hurt by the people around them. It also risks hurting those of us who are inside the circle. There should be an announcement made in the beginning of class that this is where you should be seated for these. I almost hurt someone just because she was almost a full foot above her designated space. I hope this is fixed soon because this has been pretty consistent over the last few months but wasn’t a problem before.
