see all reviewsI have not taken a spin class in over a year due to having my first baby, so I am a bit out of tune. Cecelia was very helpful in getting me reacquainted with the bike settings and “choreography”. She had a great upbeat, positive attitude and a good playlist of music which is imperative for a successful spin class. The bike was very comfortable and easy to use compared to others I’ve been on before. I also liked that the studio is a bit smaller so the class was not very large and more personal. I love that it was a combo class starting with cardio and finishing with some light weights and stretching. I definitely will be returning!
