Sabrina is an amazing instructor!! I joined a beginner class with a friend, and she truly taught us boxing from the ground up. She helped us correct our form, gave encouraging feedback, and kept us motivated the whole time. The class was fun but definitely intense, you’ll work up a serious sweat. Highly recommend this class if you're looking to try boxing!

Very welcoming and feels like a big family. Instructor gave more personal explanations during the class if you’re new to boxing. Bring gloves and hand wraps. Love that it was an 8pm class as it works well with my work schedule. Would recommend!

    Beginner - Intermediate Class

It was a different experience for me! I’ve never taken jiu jitsu before or any martial arts class before. The space is small but has enough space for floor work. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The instructor was really informative and walked me through everything. Even the partner I ended up working with was teaching me and explaining the floor work and terms. I recommend not having any jewelry on when coming in such as a septum, and any nose or ear piercing jewelry in. I was told because it was a safety hazard for me which makes complete sense but I couldn’t remove my nose piercings there. I ended up having to watch them do some floor work instead of participating because of it. Next time I will come prepared!

    Self Defense Class

I truly believe this class is a must for any and all women and men. The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations. I left the class feeling more sure of my capacity to stand up to my assailant, and he taught us some Jiujitsu and Muay Thai moves as well. I will be attending many more. Highly recommend!
