    Boxing-Beginner Level

Sabrina is an amazing instructor!! I joined a beginner class with a friend, and she truly taught us boxing from the ground up. She helped us correct our form, gave encouraging feedback, and kept us motivated the whole time. The class was fun but definitely intense, you’ll work up a serious sweat. Highly recommend this class if you're looking to try boxing!

Amy’s experience shines brightly and her enthusiasm keeps me going. This was my second ever class and i could tell everyone else was more experienced. At first it was tough to keep up but Amy reminded us this is conditioning and my mental stabilized me all the way through

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu NOGI

What a fun class to try! I have no knowledge of jiu Jitsu but Lucas made me feel confident to try and I learned a lot. This is a true community space and I would recommend it to anyone interested in MMA/ jiu jitsu as well as anyone wanting to try something outside there comfort zone.

Loved my first class! It was beginner friendly and a fun experience. Got to learn a couple of cool techniques from Linguini, who answered all my questions patiently. Babi was also super helpful and showed me around the place, which was quite well-maintained.

    Self Defense Class

I truly believe this class is a must for any and all women and men. The streets of NY are getting scarier by the day and Coach John does an incredible job of walking you through multiple scenarios and how to approach these dangerous situations. I left the class feeling more sure of my capacity to stand up to my assailant, and he taught us some Jiujitsu and Muay Thai moves as well. I will be attending many more. Highly recommend!
