    I love Ivo’s cycling class so much that rain, sleet, snow, or sun- I’ll travel to take his class. Call me Carole King because I’ll be there.     Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

    I had so much fun and it was a perfect class for a beginner! Natalie was so welcoming and created a positive atmosphere. She spent time helping each individual complete the moves. One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it. She also did a positive affirmations exercise at the end of class which I loved.

    Acacia is always so welcoming! These classes are difficult in that you feel the burn quickly, but easy in that the movements are supported by the machine and once you move on to the next thing, it doesn’t hurt anymore! It’s my new favorite workout, and she’s my new favorite instructor!
