    Ignite - Athletic Conditioning

    Great workout and the teacher allows you to take things at your own pace/offers a lot of modifications for students at different levels. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. This was my first class back and it was difficult but so worth it!

    Nikki was my favorite teacher so far at hotbox because her sequences were thoughtful and choreographed. It didn’t just feel like a Hiit class it felt like what it was supposed to feel like, a mix between Mat Pilates and sculpting cardio.

    Lots and lots of FUN! Cassie's class really made me stronger, sexier and sweatier afterwards! It's basically cardio-dance with cute colored pom poms. There's some choreography but not too difficult to follow. Loved the instructor's energy and positive attitude.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    Clara’s class was so fun, I had a great time! The music was a good mix of top 40s and oldies pop with a good beat. I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week!     Relaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
