    Matt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

    Instructor Molly is such a nice person. It was my first class of pilates and I also don’t have very good physical state, so most of exercises I didn’t know how to do. She fixed all my incorrect movements, explained how to do the exercises properly and was so supportive. I would recommend to visit her classes if you are the beginners as me

    Nikki was my favorite teacher so far at hotbox because her sequences were thoughtful and choreographed. It didn’t just feel like a Hiit class it felt like what it was supposed to feel like, a mix between Mat Pilates and sculpting cardio.

    Bangle Sculpt

    Hailey’s class was absolutely amazing. Her verbal cueing for positioning and breath work was on point and easy to follow making it an intense but very enjoyable sweat session. The studio was very clean and bright and everyone had more then enough space for all movements. 10/10 experience and cant wait to go back and also try other instructors. Thank you!!

    Pilates Equipment - Sculpt with Props

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.

    Seriously a relaxing and fun class. It was a great way to destress after a long week. I just wished it wasn’t right after one of those hot yoga classes especially since it was super humid today. I was sweating for most of the class but it was still a great and unique experience.

    This was my first Pilates class ever, and Olivia was so helpful with corrections! I saw another review that said they felt condescended upon, I disagree entirely. Olivia was kind but firm, to make sure you have the right form! It was a small class so you really get a lot of individual attention which is great for a beginner. Can’t wait to try another class.
