    I took the sculpt yoga class, and even though it was only my second time doing yoga, Allison was super patient and helpful. I was a bit lost at first, but she made sure I was good the whole time. The workout was tough in a good way, and I felt so relaxed by the end. Highly recommend!

    Slow Flow

    I really enjoyed this class. The slow flow felt relaxing and restorative. I also appreciated the option to opt in/out of hands on assist. The studio is spacious and didn't feel cramped. Thanks Giuliana!
