    In Person Vinyasa Flow (I/II/III)

Had a trainee instructor in the class. They took turns to teach. Would be better that if they aligned a little more on the sequences! Overall still a great class thanks

    Vinyasa Yoga: Happy Hour

This is great for folks who like slightly gentler yoga. It’s very salutary (healthful) for the body and connective tissue. It’s not the class for someone who wants a sweaty calorie burning experience.

Tuesday Bhakti Flow at Bhakti SF

The movements in this class were super beginner friendly but they’re not easy! It focused more on basic postures. The entire yoga session was calm, peaceful, and chill. No sweat. My body felt better after the class. Would recommend!

Basic Yoga for strength & Flexibility with Healthy dinner

Small intimate space. Mats and props provided. Piyush told us this is his third time teaching class… and I think he rocked it! He taught us about ayervedic medicine. Super respectful and helpful about helping us adjust our poses. Dinner was plant based and delicious!
