She helps me "find" a particular muscle, usually with a poke so I can feel it and then engage it, which is extremely helpful, esp. since I don't have a lot of body awareness. Her classes are hard, but that's what I'm there for, and I keep going back to hers as they're really effective. She also makes me laugh. (I know where those muscles are, and we exercise them, too!)

She participated alongside the class while continuing to coach, encourage, and challenge everyone throughout the session. What impressed me most was her fitness, energy, and ability to make the class accessible to all levels. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated that she offered modifications and progressions for each movement, allowing beginners like me to participate while still feeling challenged. It was a tough workout, but in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be back.

"Ready to sweat? CorePower Yoga’s unique and physically challenging styles of yoga…Yoga- Restorative
see all reviewsI loved the playlist Saahil had going and the overall cozy atmosphere. I also really appreciated how straightforward his cues were rather than being overly wordy. It made the overall vibe feel laid back and no pressure, which is exactly what you want in a restorative class. Saahil also made it a point to have the class set an intention before we started our practice which I loved, along with being mindful of areas of focus folks requested, and being sure to point out which poses were addressing those areas. I love that he pointed out which chakras we were focusing on with each movement too. I will say that there was some challenges in the sequence and I typically like to just rest in restorative classes, so that would be my main point of feedback (maybe focusing on more restful asanas rather than working asanas). It’s also my personal preference to rest into shavasana a little longer 🙈 these are just my preferences! Others may disagree and overall I’d recommend taking a class with Saahil :)

see all reviewsVal is an amazing instructor. Knowledgeable and motivating, yet warm and charismatic, he is a natural-born leader. I play hockey but had never done a real hiit workout until my girlfriend invited me to join her for one of his classes. It was hard but he made the time fly by, by playing great music and encouraging us all to have fun with the exercises. He mixes in a lot of free-form cardio (read: dance) and we work at our own pace. I stayed with it for a few classes, slogging it out as my body got used to this whole thing, and before I knew it I started to really look forward to the class. That was two and a half years ago and I have been going twice a week ever since. Total game changer in my life.
