    This was my first time taking this class, and while I think it was a bit different than what I was looking for (I usually do hot yoga), it’s great for what it is. FYI the temperature isn’t hot - it’s warm at most. Diana is a great instructor! I really appreciate that she would come to the side of the room (instead of staying at the front) so that we could see what she was doing, especially because there were a lot of people.

    Amazing energy from both Jess and the class, and great beats to cycle along to!! It was my first time ever at a spin class and Jess was very kind and patient when helping me set up with the bike and shoes. My quads were on fire and I was drenched in sweat after 30 min.
