see all reviewsI so enjoyed this class. Sam was great even with all the left hand right hand, face the lobby, switch ups š¤š. She even helped me balance at one point. Iāve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

see all reviewsIn the beginning, I thought that the flow was a little slow. But as I focused on relaxation following Susanās instructions, I realized that I had never really done relaxation well. At the end of the class, I experienced healing not only my body but also my mind through this one hour class. Iām sure Iāll be back. Big thanks to Susan!
