Her classes are always changing and her approach is so thoughtful, I’m always learning something new. You start with a beautiful message and end with her gentle touch to your shoulders and neck along with an affirmation at the end. The front desk receptionist also made a fantastic impression, warmly greeting us as soon as we arrived. The class itself was well-structured, with a great mix of rowing and core exercises that kept things engaging and challenging.
