see all reviewsReally wonderful, challenging workout. Most all Y6 classes are very full compared to other yoga studios, so there are a few inches between you and another friendly face. The instructor offers several variations for all fitness levels. The workout uses two sets of dumbbells, and a resistance band. I did find the heated room a bit intense while already doing a challenging HIIT workout, and was dripping so much sweat my yoga mat was slick at the end and had to use a provided towel. I would do this class again for sure- I’d say be sure you have enough fuel in your body to get through the workout, bring some water and an electrolyte tab if you have one, and come with a positive attitude.

You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!
