    I went to this class at the guidance of another instructor at this gym. It was amazing. I have been needing deep stretching for awhile and it was exactly what I needed. The teacher was amazing and walked you through every part so you understood exactly what you needed to do and how to modify if you needed to. Will definitely be adding this class into my routine.

    Belly, Butt and Thighs Bootcamp

    The class was scheduled for the wrong time on class pass (it had already finished when I got there), however I let a staff member know about the scheduling issue and I asked what class was happening at my scheduled time. The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.
