Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

My early Sunday class was minimally attended. Angela did took into consideration my weaknesses and form flaws, and really developed the work out that was not only safe for me (I have a history of a few tweaks), but also rounded each strength move with stretches that allowed my supporting muscle groups to turn on. It was excellent.

I mostly signed up for this class because it was nearby and the timing worked well for me and I had no idea what to expect. It was a circuit training class with a mix of cardio and strength exercises and warm up with jumping jacks, lunges etc. I got a little overwhelmed learning all the exercises but Jeff was super friendly and great about showing me the right exercises and correcting my form.

She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!
