She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous with her time, and I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout the class. For me personally, the class was more challenging than I’m used to because I have some knee and joint limitations. She was very thoughtful about making adjustments so I could participate safely and still get something meaningful out of the session, which I really appreciated. I do think someone without joint issues, or someone with a stronger yoga background, may find the class an easier fit. The studio itself is lovely—very clean, comfortable, and easy to get to, with convenient parking just off Fourth Street downtown. I could especially see it being a great option for people working in the nearby law offices or courthouse who want to take a class before or after work. Overall, I’m very glad I tried it, and I really appreciated the owner’s kindness and willingness to work with me.
