The workouts are challenging, but in a good way. The instructors are upbeat and take the time to let you know if you need to adjust something (especially Erin). It’s okay to modify if needed, but they also encourage you to use heavier weights when appropriate. I wish there was a Salt Fitness in Phoenix! I’ll definitely continue to book classes any time I’m in the area! 💪🏼😊
