see all reviewsOutstanding! The class was exactly what I wanted and friendly for all levels beginners to advanced. The coach is very knowledgeable and will adjust to your level accordingly. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
