Alyona was great guiding us through all exercises and correcting Asanas I didn't realise I wasn't aligned. 1st class with her and in one exercise I reached for 1st time ever the floor with the head. She is truly good, and she cares. And I felt very welcomed...even though I entered a bit late, apologies, now I know the entrance !

The gym is AMAZING. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The coaches are magnificent. It was my first time trying boxing and the experience was 10/10. I learned everything from scratch, the coach was super patient with us and took us through everything step by step. Definitely going back!

I would suggest an explanation on what areas are being targeted and benefit of each exercise plus a variation of doing am exercise if someone is a beginner. Since I noticed we were not all on the same level of familiarity with the techniques.
