She supported me so gracefully without me feeling embarrassed about asking what to do. I felt challenged and the class worked on full-body which is great. But the place wasn’t properly set up for the class so time was wasted at the start of people trying to get the correct props etc. maybe other staff can help the instructor have the place set up and ready for when people come in. Also towards the end the class felt abit rushed and we didn’t do all the exercises on both sides (this could have been because we had already gone over the class time). Overall class was good but organisation of props could be done in advance!

I feel like it is really done by someone who knows what they are doing and the sequence and individual exercises have a purpose and not just there to torture you.
