see all reviewsI liked how Kelsey made me feel welcomed! It was my first class and i was nervous at first bc i didn’t know what to expect besides that what I’ve seen on their IG. Parking was easy in the residential area. When i arrived, they were very welcoming! I was able to rent shoes for $3 and given a tour before class started. The front desk girl helped me and was very nice. She helped me with finding the lockers and helped me clip the bike with my shoes. During the class, you really sweat and there were times where i needed to take breaks bc i haven’t done cycling like this. I liked how it was a smaller class in the morning. I liked the dark room too with lights. Felt like a rave! The only thing con i had was that the rental shoes were hurting my feet during cycling and maybe will size 1/2 a size up or if i stick with cycling, I’ll invest in my own shoes.

The studio is nice, bright and cozy inside. They had mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps available to borrow. Only downside is that it's close to the road, so you can hear some car noise.
