see all reviewsThis class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

see all reviewsExcellent instructor who really helped and provided a lot of modifications. However, this is not a class for beginners. There were handstands and a lot of really cool things happening. Thankfully the instructor provided options for me to do something that was easy. But I wouldn’t recommend the class for beginners. It felt awkward being the only person not being able to do a lot of poses.

I do think this instructor (I didn't catch her name but it wasn't Christine) could have cued us a bit more... we often were jumping from one set to the next without any countdowns or foreshadowing what was coming, and few status updates as to where we were at with timing (30 secs left etc). I could have used a bit more verbal encouragement as well :) Still giving 5 stars though because I really enjoy this studio and class was excellent regardless!
