Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

Jackie’s class was great! She really explained the movements well and why they are beneficial for parts of the body. Great instruction and I will certainly return for her class again another time.

I really liked the class! Instructor was great at centering us in our bodies, welcoming us to the space, and congratulating us on our hard work. Learned my lesson from yesterday’s Bird class and selected a mat in the 2nd-last row near the wall, rather than the 2nd-front row by the wall, and found it was not as hot — still sweaty but much more comfortable! We did a mix of exercises using the squish ball and the band and I really felt the burn. The class was good value. I will return!

Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted! And it wasn’t repetitive flows (which I find can get boring). He focused on one body part which was really cool!

Pure bliss! If you’re looking for a way to melt away stress and experience deep relaxation then look no further! This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

I really enjoyed this class. I am shocked at how my emotions reacted after on the car ride home. I burst into tears from all the release from the class. It was a really surreal experience. I consider myself a really tough person so it was a surprise to me. Otherwise the class itself wasn’t too hard on someone who isn’t flexible at all. It was a small and intimate setting. There were mats already on the floor so you don’t have to bring one which is awesome. The place smelt so nice like a spa (not too overwhelming) and they have a water fountain. The teacher was so lovely and kind and had a really beautiful approach to the class with humming and a little bit of breath work. I can’t wait to go back.

I recently attended a Pilates class at this studio, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The class was both detailed and challenging, offering a perfect balance of technique and intensity. What stood out even more was the kindness and positivity radiating from everyone in the studio. The instructors, in particular, were incredibly welcoming and encouraging, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere that made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. If you’re looking for a Pilates class that combines great instruction, a supportive environment, and just the right level of challenge, I can’t recommend this studio enough!

    Beyond Sculpt Pilates

Another great class with Well BYND! The instructors at this studio really know their stuff. The class was challenging, but all the movement was intentional and focused on proper form. I built up a sweat and my muscles were burning. Kayla is a great instructor, friendly, welcoming, down to earth, and fun. This is one of the best studios in the downtown core for solid, intentional, and challenging workouts in a great environment!

Sunrise serenity - dynamic yoga & breathwork

Aldrin is absolutely amazing. I have been to her various classes at OHA. All of them are great. She has the perfect mix of challenging and zen in her practice. I always feel super rewarded after her class!

    Mixed Yoga

Friendliest receptionist ever, made my very crappy day better. Class is not for absolute beginners but doable, and instructor had alternative options for certain poses if you can’t do it. Mats for rent at $2.
