    Great class! Stefon has been by far my favorite coach at Barry’s. Engaging and more intentional about his demonstrations of the exercises. For the other Barry’s classes I’ve taken, there are often people looking around confused because the demos are very limited so people aren’t sure to do.     Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

For example, by the end of class, I think I did over 100 box jumps - that’s a lot for not having done box jumps in years and I was definitely feeling it in my legs/knees after lol.

Dani and Monica did a great job of actually going around and correcting people’s form and giving cues which I don’t always see at F45 gyms, so I highly recommend taking a class with either of them! Parking in downtown Kirkland can be tricky, but there’s free parking at the library and it’s only a few mins to walk over from there! Even tho it’s not the closest F45 to me, I think I would come back for the great coaching!

    I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.
