    BODYPUMP™

My first class at this studio - and my first BodyPump class in probably about 14 years! The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)

    STUDIO: Beginner

I LOVED my first class at Limber Yoga! I am still new to yoga so I tried the Friday morning Beginner class first. Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. I can’t wait to try more classes!

Cliff is an amazing, fun and really experienced instructor. There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

SUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!

[Beginner][K-pop Dance] Woke Up - XG

The actual instructor was late, but another instructor took over the warm-up in their place. The warm-up felt thorough and engaging, and once the appropriate instructor showed up, we went straight into the choreography. The teacher did a great job breaking down the steps/moves and checking in to see how everyone was doing. The class was full but comfortable with enough space to move. It was held in the Armory, and I parked in a residential area that has free parking about a ten-minute walk from the building, near Rabbit Rabbit. I did feel slightly out of place (i.e., like a dinosaur lol) as it felt like all of the students were college age. However, I enjoyed the class and recommend it!
