see all reviewsThis was such a fun class. Fae has amazing energy! I am not normally a yoga person but already know I will be back for more of this. Challenging but also kind of relaxing at the same time!? Overall really empowering and ending class hanging in the silk was so good!

see all reviewsI loved it, was hesitant at first due to personal reasons but the instructor was welcoming and reassuring to try and trust the hammock. Ended up enjoying the class with my friends and it was definitely worth checking off my bucket list and possibly continuing in the future!
