see all reviewsI loved the playlist Saahil had going and the overall cozy atmosphere. I also really appreciated how straightforward his cues were rather than being overly wordy. It made the overall vibe feel laid back and no pressure, which is exactly what you want in a restorative class. Saahil also made it a point to have the class set an intention before we started our practice which I loved, along with being mindful of areas of focus folks requested, and being sure to point out which poses were addressing those areas. I love that he pointed out which chakras we were focusing on with each movement too. I will say that there was some challenges in the sequence and I typically like to just rest in restorative classes, so that would be my main point of feedback (maybe focusing on more restful asanas rather than working asanas). It’s also my personal preference to rest into shavasana a little longer 🙈 these are just my preferences! Others may disagree and overall I’d recommend taking a class with Saahil :)

I loved the Power format incorporating weights and resistance bands made it feel like a full-body workout. Kimberly and the team were incredibly welcoming and checked in on me throughout the session, which made me feel so comfortable. Truly one of the best experiences I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsLoveeeeee! Contrary to the other comments, I got a lot of assistance with my shoes, bike height, station, etc as a first timer. This could be because I arrived 15 minutes before as they suggested. Big shout out to the instructor who seamless played practice by Drake and transitioned it into back that azz up by juvenile. I hope im not the only one who appreciated that. Music was LOUD and EXPLICIT which personally, makes me go harder. Excellent cues, motivation, and use of the lights. The bikes are tight as I brushed up my neighbor a few times during the weights portion but it was fine. Amenities and friendly staff 10/10!

see all reviewsThis was my first class . Tiffany was an excellent teacher. Everybody at the facility was super kind and patient and helpful.. The studio is large and spacious and clean.. It's a good hard workout. I felt like I'm a bit coordinated with the spinning aspect, but I'm hopeful can get the hang of it. I will definitely come back to try again.
