I had forgotten my grip socks and let her know (fully expecting to buy a pair), she immediately took off her own grip socks of her feet and offered them to me. Besides being kind, she led an upbeat and challenging class with many modifications available to us! I’ll be back for sure!

Elise had reasonable amount of time for each exercise , her instructions were clear and she came around and made adjustments and corrections any time I was not doing the motion correctly. It is nice to see a Lagree instructor who is aware of her class and does not continue a long drawn out and impossible motion. Very pleased with Elise and her challenging class!

She had great cues and offered modifications to make it easier or more challenging. My only note is that the music was maybe 1-2 levels too high and sometimes it made it hard to hear the cues. I will definitely be back!

She also provides modifications to suit every fitness level in the room, while keeping a challenging class that will have you feeling every muscle the next day. I go to a bunch of lagree places in SD (elevate, tide and tone, move madly) and Maddie’s my fav instructor for a class that I have taken. 10/10 recommend!

Class was hard but I didn’t feel defeated, sometimes these kind of classes kick my butt so bad I never return. Thank you for the modifications and encouragement, definitely will be back so good!!

Lots of glutes and arm work today which are my 2 fav focuses. I didn’t see any reviews about this instructor but she was so sweet and gentle! Super motivating, and called me out multiple times which always feels so good! Studio was in a beautiful space. I’ll be coming back!

see all reviewsMove Madly was such a great experience! As a newcomer, I felt really welcomed from the moment I walked in. I even received a sweet handwritten card at check-in, and the staff took the time to show me around the studio and explain everything. Hannah was awesome and walked me through the reformer before class started, plus helped me throughout class whenever I needed it. This was honestly one of the hardest Pilates classes I’ve taken, but I loved the challenge. I’ll definitely be back!
