I love the focus on breath, the music, and how the routine builds and challenges as the class progresses. I’ve for sure found one of my favorite classes. So much needed after a week of staring at the computer.

I plan on coming back to try another class but wanting to try out other studios in the area before committing to one.

Lauren is a skilled instructor, expertly guiding us through the poses and gently providing alternate options for those who might need it. The wall work was wonderful and something with which I was unfamiliar, but Lauren made it easy to use at whatever level we found ourselves. I also really appreciated the breath work and mindfulness that she brought our attention to regularly throughout the class. So glad I came and can’t wait to go back.

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!

She encorporates some natural movement and free dance to Brazilian drum music to honor her heritage and allow us to dance freely from our hearts, which was really fun! It was a dim, candlelit class with sound bowls and crystals. I appreciated this traditional and intentional space. There was only six people in our class and I really enjoyed that intimacy, but the room is bigger. The whole experience was amazing. This was my first Kundalini yoga class and I would for sure recommend this studio. Ari is 10/10!

We did a solid basic Vinyasa flow, and I appreciated that we focused more on breath and positions in the postures rather than doing a bunch of crazy transitions and fast flow. She ended class with ear seeds in savasana which was a super nice touch I’ve never seen in another class. Will definitely be coming back!
