In very fast-paced environments where fatigue sets in, it’s easy to lose posture and technique and in large classes, many instructors may not provide any support so that is one of my top reasons I like Constantin’s instruction and classes.

It’s still challenging and will make you sweat but I love how there are stretches in between exercises. Sarah’s instructions were very clear to understand and she corrected everyone’s form when it was necessary. Will definitely take more renew classes from now on!
