Candlelight Slow Flow
see all reviewsReally enjoyed this, especially the sound bath at the end. Super relaxing. I do think it’s a little misleading to say that it’s a “slower vinyasa”/to call it a “slow flow” (as nice as that name sounds) because this was actually one of the most intense, more sweat inducing flows I’ve been at even compared to the regular flow classes. I guess every instructor is different, but I still really enjoyed this! (But for beginners I think it would be difficult) — another note is that Mariah sits in the back of the classroom and just verbally walks you through it, not really physically demonstrating anything. She also frequently uses names of poses, which would confuse someone who doesn’t know the name of every pose. Granted she verbally explained most of them, but some I definitely needed to look around the room to know what to do. Again, I still got an amazing and relaxing workout :)
