    Had an amazing class!! I loved it. I don’t have much body strength and little experience with these type of workouts but Chris was amazing at helping me through the circuits and making sure I was modifying it to my level while still pushing me! Will for sure be coming back!!

    A great mix of cardio and weight lifting. You choose your own weights and the instructor was so kind and helpful. Made sure you were going at your own pace and doing the movements correctly to prevent injury. I couldn’t complete all the rounds and she didn’t make me feel bad at all for it which is nice. Will definitely be back.
