see all reviewsGreat class with a great coach! It was my first time using class pass and was worried about not speaking Portuguese, but everyone was good about it. The hatha yoga class was increíble, and it was my first time doing it. Really recommend.

see all reviewsI wish the instructor would offer more bodily adjustments and verbal cues - I saw people around me with poor form that could result in back pain, and the instructor should be paying attention to the students’ form in class.

see all reviewsI have been doing yin for a while and Anjas classes are my favorite. She explains just enough and the let silence and music fill the room when in the pose. You can truly let go also the ambient of a smaller group and for me personally that there is no sound bating involved makes it so pure in its intention and yin style. 🙏

see all reviewsEstou rendida a esta aula e ao João!
