Adult Intro to Ballet
see all reviewsBetty is an amazing intro to ballet instructor ! 💕 She’s hands on and corrects as needed. She wrote down the most common ballet words on the mirror where everyone can see and translated them from French to English while presenting what it looks like. Nice pop classical music. We ended with stretches and strengthening before reverence. Felt so good and I was able to understand! Would 1000% recommend to non-dancers or anyone who wants to take a foundational ballet class!

Gymtime
see all reviewsThis gym is great! Lots of machines and on a Saturday morning I had no problems finding space. Heads up this gym is inside the mall and not super intuitive to find. If you park in the G garage on floor B4 you’ll find yourself right outside the mall doors that lead to the gym.
