I did the trampoline fitness for the first time, and when I tell you Brooke was an awesome instructor. She was very energetic and motivating. Very welcoming environment, and everyone was nice. I will be back to try Kangoo next and recommend Generation III Fitness.

    BOUNCE

Lisa was extremely kind and very intentional about making first timers feel welcomed. She even gave us a tour of the facility and an explanation of the variety of classes that you can take. This is a beautiful studio. You can also park in the back of the building and come up the steps in the back. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
