see all reviewsFelt super comfortable during class, as someone who hasn’t moved their body in quite some time! instructor was wonderful, unfortunately I can’t remember their name but they were super accommodating. they always provided modifications if you needed help to stretch a certain way. the heat isn’t horrible but you definitely will be sweating at the end of the class. would definitely visit again!

see all reviewsAlice greeted me and was very welcoming. The studio and property is beautiful and spotless. There were only 2 of us so Alice geared the class to what we wanted so we had more of a restorative yoga session and also sound bath. I would highly recommend this studio and will definitely return. There is also a vegan restaurant however it closes at 4:30 so I did not get to try it. There is tea available in the lobby. Hands down one of the nicest yoga facilities I have ever had a class in.
