The trainer Glenn and the male trainer were supportive, offering modifications to accommodate my injury. The workouts were displayed on the screen at the different stations and made it easy to stay on track whenever I lost my focus. The positive atmosphere and individualized attention made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend, especially for those who are looking to transition back into a steady workout routine and require a supportive fitness environment. I’ll definitely be returning.
