It's my first 1.5 class at Club Pilates and I noticed Club Pilates is much easier than the other studios I've been visiting such as Neaumix Fit and Reform House (Reform House is the most challenging out of the 3). Club Pilates also utilizes different equipment such as the Pilates chair and mat exercises. I think if I want more of a challenge I'd go to my usual studios, but Breanna alone can bring me back to Club Pilates!

I’m really glad I started with this class as a newbie bc it was definitely more slower paced compared to the newer studios that are popping up. Mely took her time to teach me proper form and made sure that I was comfortable. If you had any questions, just ask and she’ll come and explain things to you and I really appreciated that. Would take her class again
