For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. The instructor guided us through a sequence of movements that were opening and refreshing. The lighting and music was soft and subtle. The instructor is a funny guy in a warm and soothing way and actually adds to the chill vibe and probably keeps people from falling asleep 😜
