She is super knowledgeable about the body and muscles, I learn something new about how to fix or heal a body part everytime I go to this class! I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.

I took my friend and she said she didn’t even sweat 🥲. The instructor seems really nice, but she didn’t follow the beats and seemed more focus on choreography than the workout. She kept giving us water breaks so I don’t think we ever bounced for 10 minutes straight. I still love bounce class though
