He brings a great balance of energy and flow to the workout, keeping the class motivated without ever feeling overwhelming. His transitions between stations are smooth, and his timing is spot on, which keeps the pace moving seamlessly throughout class. One thing I especially appreciated was the music volume. He kept it at the perfect level (loud enough to keep the energy up, but never so loud that he needs to yell over the music). Overall, he creates a fun, well-structured environment, and I’m definitely looking forward to taking more classes with him.

I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

She spends a lot of time easing you in to the moves, so if you are looking for more of a workout, it would depending on the day. Some days trampoline is almost the entire class, another day it could be a smaller portion of the class. The music genre isn’t really important to the class, as the music is more background music.

Weights are based on what you can handle. No one is pushing you to do more than you choose. But at the same time you feel motivated to push yourself to your best. It’s so great and you don’t get tired of the exercise because you are constantly moving around the room to do a different move. I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)
