She will also push you personally so you progress which I love!! If it’s ur first time at the studio/ taking Pilates I would definitely take her class, she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable rather than just being thrown on a scary looking machine you don’t know how to use. I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

Her playlists are always on point, the energy is amazing, and the workouts are exactly as intense as they should be. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant, and she always helps me modify movements on the spot so I can work out safely while still getting a great workout. Great coach, great community, great workouts. Not just “keep your back straight on the stairmaster,” but also where you should feel it if your form is right. It’s a useful internal check mid-workout. And if form is off, please call it out. I was looking for a good flow mobility class and this was it! The instructor did wonderful! I loved the cadence and how much time we had for each pose. The poses were not difficult and really allowed me to stretch each muscle group. I felt loose and calm after. Would totally recommend for an active recovery day! :)
