Studio was a bit hot and sometimes I couldn’t hear her on the mic but she was solid!

see all reviewsShannon is one of the best pilates instructors I have ever had. The studio is gorgeous, welcoming, with top notch equipment. I used to do pilates in LA, and have tried to find that level of quality and challenge in the East Bay. Shannon led a very organized flow, with many options to make moves easier or harder. She clearly is super experienced and knowledgable. There was a total beginner who got great guidance, while ensuring a solid workout for more advanced students. The studio is brand new and well decorated. I am excited to have found this studio close to my home!

see all reviewsGood class and teacher, though very gentle for a level 2, compared to what I’m used to, and perhaps just a different style of teaching Pilates reformer. Spring load is light, so makes you engage different muscles, but you can always add on. Class is shorter than usual classes as well, but I overall enjoyed the class and it’s a nice mixup to my routine.

see all reviewsVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsWe were asked before class if there were any injuries the instructor needed to know about so I let them know that I had pinched my sciatica a couple weeks ago and may need modifications through the class. The instructor was understanding and knowledgeable on how to modify certain moves for me and I was very appreciative of that! I loved the playlist for this 11am class and felt like I got a really good workout while enjoying myself.
