see all reviewsOn the surface, the flow is standard with Sun As and Sun Bs, but the sequence is actually far more warming and opening than when other teachers sequence. I actually sweat doing Leslie’s class and really feel all the spots that are stiff in my body. Wish all teachers were like this. Music is also well chosen. Tempo is good and hard (slow). Keep up the great work, Leslie.

The owner of the studio, Joe is incredibly welcoming and warm, and they both set the vibes of this independent, clean and cozy studio super high! Highly recommend over any chain yoga studio!!

see all reviewsI really enjoy coming to CycleBar. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and respectful. I had never taken a spin class before, and this was the first place I tried. I’m glad I did because I’ve really enjoyed the experience. I especially enjoy the Classic classes because I can challenge myself when I feel comfortable and sit on the saddle when I need to. Some of the standing movements are still a bit advanced for me, so I feel more confident staying seated and pedaling during those parts. I appreciate that I can still participate at my own pace without feeling out of place. Richelle Valdez is my favorite instructor. She does an excellent job motivating everyone to do their best while creating a positive and encouraging environment. She makes every class enjoyable, and I always look forward to riding with her.

see all reviewsI haven’t really done contemporary dance since college but this class was a great way to get back into it! Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

Gentle hands-on corrections are offered with permission; the music and aromatherapy add to the serenity. The yoga poses and flow were thoughtful and subtly unique. With so many choices and options, I will definitely be back for her relaxing and restorative experience.

see all reviewsI had a fun time! I biked to the Golden Gate Bridge. I got a basic road bike with my ClassPass reservation. Some of the hills on the bike route were tough (I don’t bike much), so parts of the hills I walked my bike up. Still enjoyable and beautiful, but definitely a workout either way. I would definitely book this activity again outside of ClassPass, so I can get an electric bike!
