    Shannon C is an AMAZING instructor! She used to teach at my gym and I specifically took this class at The DRIP just to take a class led by her again. She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace.
