    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back.     This class was sick, the music was awesome and the workout was legit. It was good for beginners in a way that the instructor (Skyler) was helpful and attentive to my form, helped grab me stuff to get set up for my first class and there wasn't pressure from anyone except yourself to work hard!
